Qualifications:
- B.E/B. Tech in Civil Engineering (NICMAR certification is an advantage, preferably with a project management consultancy background).
Location: Ahmedabad
Additional Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
Experience:
- 7-12 years of experience.
- Must have experience in high-rise buildings, including involvement from the start to the handover of at least one high-rise building project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently prepare the Project Master Schedule using MS Project.
- Develop schedules at various levels (L1, L2, L3, L4, and L5) covering major project milestones, resource allocation, procurement plans, project coordination, construction, and WBS.
- Generate micro schedules based on the Master Schedule and provide these as targets to the project team.
- Produce monthly reports on manpower, material, and machinery requirements.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to obtain necessary drawings and approvals.
- Prepare and submit MIS reports to clients.
- Track and update the project schedule on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis.
- Plan and conduct review meetings with contractors and consultants, and prepare MOM/Agenda/Open Issues Log.
- Estimate materials as per site requirements or schedule.
- Update DPR & DLR/WPR reports.
- Develop detailed cost estimates and implement cost control procedures.
- Prepare billing schedules, invoicing, and track cash flow reports.
- Periodically take site photos/videos for records.
- Coordinate audit, training, and inspection programs.
- Conduct independent assessments of site activities, assign and coordinate with site engineers on methodologies and daily tasks.
- Verify site activities using checklists.
- Report daily site activities to the manager.
