Exciting Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity in London 

Are you a seasoned Quantity Surveyor passionate about shaping infrastructure projects?

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 Contractor for a major infrastructure project. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and enthusiastic team in a confidential setting.

In this role, you will:

• Manage all aspects of the commercial function independently, potentially leading a small team.

• Prepare and agree variation accounts, monitor costs, and track progress against plans.

• Contribute to change control procedures and manage contractual issues.

• Prepare valuations, final accounts, and handle subcontractor payments.

• Provide expert contractual advice and ensure legal compliance.

• Identify and manage commercial risks.

To be successful, you will have:

• A Quantity Surveying degree or similar qualification.

• Membership of a relevant professional body (CICES, RICS, etc.).

• Proven experience delivering positive commercial outcomes on major projects.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• A methodical and detail-oriented approach.

• Ability to learn new concepts and mentor junior colleagues.
