Role Description:
The role will fulfil a key position within the structural team and be part of major projects within the business. This is a chance to work closely within an existing team that embraces technically demanding areas within Structural Engineering.
This role will see you be responsible for:
- Providing advanced expertise in structural design & analysis
- Preparing & delivering cost-effective structural engineering designs from conceptual design to detailed design, tender and construction.
- Engineering design of foundations for large vendor equipment packages with high base reactions.
- Active role in the development and maintenance of positive client relationships and ongoing business development
- Responsible for leadership and development of junior team members
About you:
You'll have a genuine passion for re-imagining problems and continuous learning to help shape the future. In addition:
- Demonstrated structural design experience in resource projects in both brownfield and greenfield environments.
- Ability to complete engineering design of large raft foundations is essential.
- Wet plant experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management and stakeholders
- You excel at multitasking and enjoy working on a variety of projects
