You would be at work within a growing EPCM/construction firm with projects worldwide and joining a team of talented professionals all working towards one goal. In this very exciting role, the qualified individual will be the first point of contact to gather information required to identify their vehicle repair and maintenance work they require. The Service Writer will open repair orders (RO's), take customer information and relay paper flow through the mechanic superintendents for distribution of work.

Job duties:
- Obtain as much information about the vehicle data upon their arrival
- Open Repair Orders using the Client work order (Advantage) system.
- Ensure accuracy of data in our client system.
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Microsoft Office programs and internal programs.
- Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment safely.
