Summary
To support the HR and Administration team with the following tasks.
Responsibilities
- PPE for new staff.
- Mail coordination.
- MSP set up.
- Management of site visitors.
- Support with travel management.
- Orientation, general training booking, pre access management.
- Employee support.
- Document management.
- Advanced Excel Knowledge.
- Strong Microsoft office skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Ability to interact with other cultures in an empathetic fashion.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
