We are seeking a proactive Site Change Coordinator to manage and oversee all change management activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in coordinating changes within large-scale industrial construction projects, ensuring that all modifications are implemented smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all site changes, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Develop and maintain change management procedures and documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to assess the impact of proposed changes.
- Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to ensure changes are understood and implemented effectively.
- Monitor and track the progress of changes, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify the implementation of changes.
- Prepare and present change reports to project stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with site changes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Change Coordinator or similar role in large-scale construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of change management principles and practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications in project management or change management are preferred.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
