Summary
The role requires a broad range of IT skills including hardware and applications troubleshooting and Site network support within a Windows environment. This is a customer facing role for both Fluor & Iluka initially in Perth with relocation to Eneabba to support construction later in the year.
Excellent technical and communication skills are required with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
General Responsibilities
• To comply with existing HSE requirements to promote a safe working environment in the Perth execution office and at Eneabba construction site
• Report to the Project Information Manager for all aspects of Iluka ERER project support and provide regular feedback to the IT Service Delivery Manager and other team leads.
• Provide regular updates and formal reports on progress and escalate support issues as required
• Attend and contribute to IT Project Services and Service Delivery team meetings and regular project review meetings
• Ensure compliance with Fluor & Iluka IT systems and support processes
Specific Responsibilities
• Deliver efficient IT Site Support services to both Fluor & Iluka project teams
• Provide deskside and IT infrastructure support and troubleshooting
• Provide proactive delivery of services for the resolution of all project IT Support issues
• Deliver installation, maintenance and support of all project end user systems
• Capability to diagnose, research and troubleshoot problems across hardware, software and networks
• Provide support of desktop and laptop hardware and associated printers and peripherals
• Manage support for project mobile phones and audio-visual equipment
• Provide assistance on construction site specific solutions for CCTV, RFID and access control as required
• Ensure compliance with Fluor and Iluka IT processes and procedures for all IT services conducted on the project
• Provide support for MS 365 and the project applications portfolio including CAD and engineering systems as required
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
Required
• Experience in a similar Lead IT Services role, preferably in the resources sector or related industry
Desirable
• Construction Site experience for an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) contractor ITIL Certification
• Experience working with an IT outsourcing partner
Skills
• Enthusiasm and a positive approach to challenges is essential

• Exceptional analytical, organisational and workload management skills
• Strong problem solving ability and adaptability to working in a challenging environment
• Proven ability to manage and prioritise workload and effectively engage and delegate as necessary
• Awareness of IT security processes, data protection and privacy issues relevant to a major project
• The ability to network effectively within a distributed team in the management of all project support requirements
• Relevant industry experience in a role
• The ability to function effectively in a demanding construction environment, working within a team and/or autonomously
• Strong awareness of safety in the workplace particularly related to IT services in a construction environment
