Tendering Manager

Job Purpose: The Tendering Manager will lead and manage the preparation of tenders for our Offshore Support Vessel services. This role is crucial in driving the growth of our company by securing profitable business contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender Management: Oversee the entire tender process from identification of opportunities, pre-qualification, and submission of tenders.
2. Bid Preparation: Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer.
3. Risk Tracking: Identify potential risks in the bids, quotations, and tenders, and in any contractual terms and conditions.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments such as Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure a comprehensive and competitive tender submission.
5. Market Analysis: Conduct market intelligence to keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing structures to ensure competitive bids.
6. Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients during the tender process for new and existing contracts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the Offshore Support Vessel industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial and contractual complexities in the Offshore Support Vessel industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tendering software.
