Turnover Manager
Our client, a globally leading EPC company is looking for an experienced Turnover Manager to join them on a six to nine months plus contract, outside IR35.
Duties include:
- Verify system scoping drawings for completeness and perform tag validation checks to keep the turnover database current.
- Review Management of Change documentation and update the turnover database accordingly.
- Support contractors with the turnover database and facilitate transaction of documentation.
- Prepare and lead system walkdowns, including organizing pre- and post-walkdown meetings.
- Prepare System Compilation Manuals or Turnover Packages, ensuring all required documents are included for client certification.
- Coordinate with construction to clear deficiencies and ensure mechanical completion and final project acceptance.
- 15 years of onsite experience
