Lead Construction & Manage Teams as a Civils/UGS Package Manager!

About The Role

A well-established and respected civil and infrastructure company seeks an experienced Package Manager to oversee their Civils and UGS (Utilities, Geotechnical & Specialist) works. You'll play a key role in leading construction activities, managing teams, budgets, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in tendering, preconstruction, and construction phases.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of project objectives.
• Build, develop, and support a high-performing team.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, utilizing current programs to provide timely guidance on crucial construction and financial targets.
• Refine tender programs into workable construction programs.
• Develop, manage, and maintain the Site Management Plan.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage risks, maintaining a comprehensive Risk Register.
• Oversee changes to scope, requirements, and personnel.
• Monitor progress against cost plans, schedules, and quality/environmental plans.
• Manage stakeholder engagement effectively.
• Develop and nurture subcontractor relationships, enhancing the company's industry recognition.
• Manage the design process.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks requested by Management.
• Adhere to the company's core values in all daily activities and behaviors.

What We're Looking For:

• Demonstrable experience managing Civils and UGS packages in a similar role.
