Salary Range: $160K - $200K/year
Responsibilities:
- Managing and nurturing client relationships.
- Leading recruitment, career planning, and salary reviews.
- Ensuring the quality and accuracy of designs and reports.
- Overseeing engineers, technologists, and support staff.
- Preparing technical reports, proposals, and design documentation.
- Driving business development and marketing efforts.
- Meeting project requirements efficiently and effectively.
- Allocating resources and coordinating technical staff for projects.
- Fostering team development through coaching and mentoring.
- Overseeing projects and guiding project managers and teams.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering Technology.
- Eligible for APEGA or ASET membership.
- Minimum 10 years in water resources project design and management.
- 5+ years in a consulting environment.
- Familiar with modeling software like PC SWMM, Mike Urban, and HEC-RAS.
- Skilled in business development for both private and public sectors.
- Experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Proven success in project management and client satisfaction.
- Proficient in liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Holds a valid driver’s license.
