Workshop Foreman

Join a world class engineering team with specialization in turbomachinery as a Workshop Foreman 

Your Tasks :

• Manage and Supervise operations in Machine shop.
• Planning and scheduling of daily tasks in all departments.
• Problem solving.
• Final inspection and size recording of components.
• Running of tool orders and stock control.
• Creating of new CNC programs. Edgecam
• Programming of lathe, 3/4 axes machining center and horizontal / Vertical boring mill.
• Hands on Machining on CNC machines.
• Modifying and editing existing programs. - 
• Assist in operating and setting all CNC Machines.
• Designing and manufacturing of Jigs and special tooling.
• Construction of detailed drawings for manufacturing.
• Asist in creating and setting up procedures in all departments.
• Job Scoping for machining.
• Working to tight tolerance. (±0.001)
• Reverse engineer of components. (Solid Edge )
• Assist in Quoting of Jobs and planning machining times.
• Assisting in various departments. (engineering, Boiler making, fitting and White metaling)
• Assisting with White Metaling and White Metaling procedures,
