Summary
This position assists and supports others in a department, subdivision, function, or project. The position relies primarily on established policies, procedures, and applicable work practices to make decisions as they apply to the job duties and responsibilities.
Scope
Under general supervision, this role performs administrative duties related to Project Business Services activities for projects with of high complexity.
Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Understand the Prime Contract commercial terms
• Apply experience in the use of reference systems to set up and generate reports
• Support and lead invoicing
• Reconcile cost, hours, and billing
• Monitor and report on labor and expense costs
• Scan and upload of documents
• Serve as lead and resource to lower level positions
• Apply routine discretion and independence
• Interface with other locations Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
• Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed
• Adhere to and support Fluor’s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
• Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job
• Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
• Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications - Related Education, Experience & Skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent appropriate General Certificates of Secondary Education or global equivalent
• Accounting education in a technical or advanced educational environment preferred
• Prior accounting experience in a project or similar environment
• Basic interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated good knowledge in the use of personal computer-based business applications
