HR System Analyst
Job Description
Our partner is currently seeking a HR System Analyst to join a growing team in Houston.
We are seeking an Analyst to support the HR implementation of ServiceNow system to streamline and automate HR processes and assist manager in ensuring vendor is following through on processes.

Responsibilities
• Knowledge of ServiceNow system configuration with San Diego release
• Creation of conversations through Virtual Agent
• Gather requirements for Knowledge Management
• Experience in setting up workflows for automating processes
• Knowledge of building interface with other systems is a plus
• Employee center portal design & keeping it up-to date
• Work with different stakeholders to gather requirements and simplify complex processes
• Train end users including line managers as part of the project implementation & delivery
• Handle permissioning in ServiceNow to ensure no data breach (right people have the right access)
• Help in setting up of surveys, dashboards and automate manual forms
• Coordinator UAT (user acceptance training) and timely follow up with testers – capture those issues and transfer it to the project team
Requirements
• Knowledge of building interface with other systems is a plus
• Ability to determine priorities in a changing environment
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be detailed and customer service oriented
