About the Role: We're seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and execute complex land development and infrastructure design projects. As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our communities.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of land development projects, from initial concept to final construction.
• Team Management: Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring open communication and project satisfaction.
• Technical Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of civil engineering principles to design and analyze roads, storm drainage systems, water and sewer infrastructure, and erosion control measures.
• Design Proficiency: Utilize advanced software tools like AutoCAD Civil 3D, ICPR, SedCAD, Hydraflow Hydrographs, Hydraflow Storm Sewers, HydroCAD, and WaterCAD to produce accurate and efficient designs.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, working closely with permitting agencies.
• Construction Oversight: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in land development and infrastructure design
• PE License (preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
