The ideal person will be able to move from a volume account to a skilled account to a direct-hire order!

Responsibilities:
Sourcing, Screen and interview potential employees
Implement company culture, values and policies
Understand job orders and match candidates to orders
Accurately maintain employee files in ATS software

Qualifications:
Two years experience recruiting for skilled trades
Knowledge of labor and industrial recruiting
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
