Recruiter - Skilled Trades / Light Industrial

TRS Craft Services are hiring in our Greenville, SC location for experienced Skilled Trades Recruiters/ Light Industrial Recruiter!

The ideal person will be able to move from a volume walk-on positions, to skilled search positions and direct-hire order within the 8 hr work day!

Responsibilities:
Sourcing, Screen and interview potential employees
Communicating with client and resume submittal
Implement company culture, values and policies
Understand job orders and match candidates to orders
Accurately maintain employee files in ATS software

Qualifications:
Two years experience recruiting for skilled trades/ Light industrial
Knowledge of labor and industrial recruiting
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
