Senior Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
• Performs general and specific administrative support duties that may include, but are not limited to, handling confidential matters and maintaining personnel files.
• Works closely with manager, admin lead or team, with minimum supervision, handling all project administrative responsibilities as assigned.
• Networks with other project administrative assistants to strengthen relationships to assure coverage during absences.
• Administrative duties include, but are not limited to schedule management, meeting coordination (arrange meeting space, send out meeting invites, order/setup catering), report and presentation preparation, correspondence, travel arrangements, expense reports, mail distribution, etc.
• Use the Internet for business purposes.
• Other duties as assigned.
Basic Job Requirements:
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include, but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
• Proficient in use of specialized software programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Must be a team player and demonstrate flexibility; must be able to work well both independently and as a member of the group.
• Prefer 3-5 years in administrative and/or project related experience.
• Ability to schedule travel arrangements, including international travel, through American Express Concur System.
• Assist with planning functions to include socials, vendor lunches, and specialized training.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards.
• Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed.
• Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality.
• This position will require the candidate to work in the Greenville office.
Work Schedule:
The position is full time, in-office working the alternate work schedule. Monday through Thursday (7:30 am-5:30 pm) and work Friday (7:30 am-4:30 pm) with every other Friday off.
