TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively to support various office functions.

This is a 3 to 6 months contract position with the possibility of becoming permanent full-time depending on performance.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
 
  • Coordinate daily office tasks and manage routine administrative duties.
  • Collaborate consistently with the Accounts Payable (AP) group to assist in following up on billings.
  • Handle coordination with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and organize forms and payments for approval.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and external partners.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Requirements
 
  • Minimum of 3 years of office experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word at an intermediate level.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders and maintaining organized records.
