Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that Supply Chain (procurement and post-order) activities are planned, executed, and managed so that goods and services are procured and made available in accordance with Company Procedure and Business requirement.
- Maximize the efficiency of the Procurement and Post order process in accordance with Business objective and needs.
- Create added value through enrichment of Vendor Lists in line with Vendor Management process and Code of Ethics.
- Promote the diffusion of policies, standards, guidelines and work instructions within the Procurement and Post Order Function.
- Coordinate and lead a team performing purchasing, expediting, inspection, and transportation activities in accordance with Project and Company requirements.
- Ensure the coordination of relevant functions within the operating companies and guarantee control of activities from receiving of material/service requisition to delivery to final destination through bid, contract, material progress status, shipping, customs clearance to ensure compliance with Company standard and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelors / Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain Management or related Construction Project Management field.
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain, Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience in Construction Industry.
- Should have knowledge of International construction industry standards and practices.
- Previous experience for providing sourcing, procurement and contracts management support to large scale construction programs and projects.
- Any experience of supporting Global clients on international projects is a plus.
- Direct experience in data center construction is a plus.
