Job Description:
For valve assemblers:
Works under the direction of the Production Supervisor or the Senior Assembly Technician. The main function is to assemble conservation vents and/or flame arresters from component level to complete assembly according to specified drawings and Bill of Materials per the corresponding Work Order.
For arrester assemblers:
Works under the direction of the Production Supervisor or the Senior Assembly Technician. The main function is to assemble flame arresters from component level to complete assembly according to specified drawings and Bill of Materials per the corresponding Work Order.
Duties:
• Safely operate shop and warehouse equipment to include but not limited to Forklifts, tag marking machines, pneumatic tools, hydraulic clamp stations, jib/bridge cranes, small hand tools such as electric saws, drills, etc.
• Packing and preparation of products for shipping as needed
• Periodic Work-Related Travel
• Accurate completion of manufacturing-related documentation (i.e. QC docs, test reports, etc.)
• Work overtime as required to meet customer delivery dates
• Other duties may be assigned
