Construction Supervisor Mechanical

What is the project/contract we're sourcing for?

• project: a new Hyperscale Data Centre

• Location: Belgium (Walloon region)

• Current phase: construction

• Contract: freelance or employee

• Duration: Min 1 year (with the possibility of extension)

Who are we looking for?

• In possession of a EU work permit/passport (NO sponsorship available by client).

• Min 5 years as of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Construction Manager or similar role. (experience in Data Center is a great asset)

• English language fluency (French is a plus)

• Ability to lead and managing team and subcontractors effectively.

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and processes.

• Committed to HSE rules, commercial success, and project planning.

What will you do?

• Support the Project Manager to manage and supervise on site personnel.

• Respect HSE regulation in all phases.

• Train and manage employees for safe and efficient work.

• Assist in project handover to the client.

• Establish buildable and cost-effective solutions.

• Focusing on construction activities on-site.
