We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of technical solutions, assisting in presales activities, and providing technical input throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires effective communication across the organization to ensure high technical standards and efficient delivery of work. The Senior Engineer will also mentor junior team members, manage projects autonomously, and contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, systems, and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technical solutions, supporting presales activities and providing technical input throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure efficient, high-standard work delivery through effective communication and leveraging past projects, templates, and standards.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering innovation and managing projects independently.
- Contribute to the improvement of tools, systems, and processes while adhering to HSEQ, design, and technical standards.
- Collaborate on project budgets and schedules, leading engineering teams on technical requirements.
- Specify and integrate field process instrumentation, control systems, and apply functional safety standards and CCTV systems for process control.
- Develop engineering documentation, perform tender bid evaluations, and follow client standards with minimal supervision.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and solve problems with strong analytical skills.
- Experience:
- Senior: 5-7 years of experience in CSE and 5 years in a senior project execution role.
- Lead: 10 years of experience in CSE and 5 years in a senior project execution role.
- Experience in Renewable & Power companies such as APD, Zenith Energy, Pacific Energy, etc.
- Experience with renewable energy projects is highly desirable.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering – Recognized by Engineers Australia if obtained internationally.
