About the Role: 


The Engineer is responsible for assisting in achieving successful technical outcomes in projects, leading to client satisfaction, repeat business, and growth. As a member of the Intellect Systems Engineering team, you will work closely with your peers to deliver allocated projects while maintaining the company's reputation for high-quality services and client satisfaction.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute technical solutions.
  • Provide technical input in the execution, reporting, and close-out of projects within your area of specialization.
  • Communicate effectively across the organization to ensure efficient delivery of high technical standards.
  • Mentor junior team members and encourage innovation and creativity.
  • Manage and execute allocated project tasks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, systems, and processes.
  • Comply with HSEQ, design, and technical execution standards.
  • Adhere to project budgets and schedules.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience within the resources sector.
  • 3 years of experience in a project execution role within an engineering services organization.
