Our client, a globally leading EPC company are looking for an experienced CSA Design Engineer to join their team, based in their UK headquarters in Hampshire.
The Civil, Structural and Architectural Design Engineer is responsible for the design, analysis, and documentation of civil, structural, and architectural projects. This includes working with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop and implement safe, efficient, and cost-effective designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in civil engineering, structural engineering, and architectural engineering, as well as experience using CAD software.
Responsibilities:
Design and analyze civil, structural, and architectural projects
Develop and implement safe, efficient, and cost-effective designs
Work with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure that projects meet all requirements
Prepare technical reports and drawings
Stay up-to-date on the latest engineering standards and practices
Manage project budgets and timelines
Inspect construction sites to ensure that work is being performed to specifications
Resolve design and construction problems
Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and contractors
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or architectural engineering
3+ years of experience in civil, structural, or architectural engineering
Strong technical skills in CAD software
Experience working with architects, contractors, and other engineers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
