About the Project:
This biofuel project aims to produce sustainable biofuels from renewable sources, contributing to the reduction of carbon emissions and promoting cleaner energy solutions.
The Deputy Quality Manager will support the Quality Manager in overseeing all quality-related activities for the biofuel project. This role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. The Deputy Quality Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Quality Manager in developing and implementing the project's Quality Management Plan.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control processes and results.
- Support the development and training of project personnel on quality standards.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the oil and gas or biofuel industry.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with biofuel projects.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
