Facility Manager Location: Gurugram, India

Position Overview: As the Manager of Office Services and Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of all facilities while supporting business continuity and creating a productive workspace for our teams. Your responsibilities will span office services, administration, real estate management, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) compliance across multiple locations. Reporting directly to the Office Controller, you will collaborate with senior leadership, including the Managing Director, Project Manager, and branch operations heads, to align facility operations with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth, risk-free operations of office facilities, safeguarding business continuity and minimizing disruptions.

Oversee and maintain security systems, fire safety measures, and emergency response plans, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.

Strategize and implement innovative initiatives to enhance real estate and facilities management processes.

Manage the office vehicle fleet, optimize service quality, monitor KPIs, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements.

Take charge of budget planning and management for Office Services and Real Estate Cost Centers, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to guarantee timely, high-quality service delivery.

Promote and uphold HSE principles by enforcing compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
Basic Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, coupled with significant administrative expertise, particularly in the National Capital Region. Preference will be given to candidates with an army background.

Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with an inclusive and collaborative communication style.

Strong ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including management, employees, vendors, and contractors.

Robust knowledge of local, state, and national regulations, with a commitment to continuous learning and adaptation.

Extensive networking experience within the local market, with a deep understanding of the real estate leasing landscape.

Demonstrated expertise in the multifaceted domains of real estate, facilities, and HSE management.

Unwavering integrity, credibility, and adeptness in fostering and managing client relationships.

Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, combined with flexibility and a collaborative mindset.
