Facility Manager
Location: Gurugram, India
Company Overview: Join our dynamic team as we strive to provide exceptional services and facilities to support our employees. We're looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee the efficient operation of our office facilities across India.
Position Overview: The Manager, Office Services and Real Estate, will oversee the efficient operation of all facilities, ensuring business continuity, and maintaining office facilities to meet the needs of employees. The candidate will be responsible for all office services, administration, HSE & real estate requirements for our offices in India. This position reports to the Office Controller and will work closely with the Managing Director, Manager of Projects, and operations head of branch offices.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure efficient operation and upkeep of all facilities, mitigating risks and ensuring business continuity.

Oversee security, fire prevention, and other safety systems; draft and update emergency plans.

Develop and implement strategic initiatives for real estate and facilities operations.

Manage office vehicles fleet, service levels, KPIs, and ensure compliance with all local regulations.

Monitor Office Services and Real Estate Cost Centers, and manage financial planning and administration.

Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure excellent quality and timely service.

Implement and monitor HSE principles, standards, and guidelines; ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or related degree combined with substantial administrative work experience, preferably in the National Capital Region. Preference for candidates with an army background.

Well-developed interpersonal communication style and inclusive leadership skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.

Job-related technical knowledge and ability to learn and apply local, state, and national statutes and guidelines.

Networking in the local market, understanding of the real estate leasing market.

Multidisciplinary understanding of real estate, facilities, and HSE.

High level of personal credibility, integrity, and client relationship management skills.

Ability to travel, as required.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a collaborative and flexible style.
