The Role
• Lead and manage the delivery of major infrastructure projects

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Qualifications
• 20+ years’ experience with at least 10 years’ management experience and a proven track record of leading capital programme delivery from inception through to completion of high value infrastructure projects / programmes.
• Extensive knowledge of and understanding of capital project and programme delivery and how this supports and integrates with wider high functioning environments and capital investment plans.
• Strong and demonstrable leadership and management experience, including project management, procurement, contract management, financial management and change management.
• Experience in planning, governance, and delivery having managed multiple teams setting goals, objectives and priorities, and establishing clear roles and responsibilities for all direct reports.
• In-depth understanding of the design and delivery requirements of technically complex projects in the architectural / engineering / construction sectors.
• A proven track record for winning work, growing businesses, and must have held a senior position in a large organisation.
• Understanding of Major Projects delivery requirements with a proven ability to analyse complex problems, interpret operational needs and develop integrated, creative solutions.
• Competence in successfully leading large and diverse teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. The ability to mentor and develop team members aligns with the leadership requirements of this role.
• Ability to efficiently assigning tasks to team members, managing time effectively, and prioritizing tasks to ensure that project milestones are met, and objectives are achieved.
