"TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking Eleven (11) OFFSHORE ELECTRICAL FOREMANS, with capabilities of managing Rotating Machine Maintenance and a team of 5 – 6 Electricians for our leading International Client's OFFSHORE PROJECTS based WORLDWIDE."
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Distribute the equipment and materials to allow the team to perform the assigned activities.
- Ensure that operators and all personnel belonging to the team, strictly observe applicable safety standards.
- Coordinate and check the work carried out by the team, reporting any deviations and difficulties to the work Supervisor.
- Analyze the drawings received from the works supervisor and give Instructions to the team in order to execute the works in accordance.
- Organize all the means, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work.
- Check that they comply with applicable provisions, report any anomalies, and coordinate any corrective actions.
- Accredited Tertiary Qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience on the role on board of construction vessel.
- Capability to manage a team of 5-6 electricians, performing the toolbox talk.
- Issuing of work permits and AMOS management.
- Capability to manage Rotating machine maintenance.
- Offshore power cale installation and securing.
- HV/LV switchboard maintenance.
- Valid Offshore Certifications (Mandatory).
