Executive Assistant to Managing Director - Oil & Gas
Location: Gurgaon, India

Position Overview: The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director (MD), ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the MD's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conferences.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the MD.

Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and minutes.

Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the MD.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Organize and maintain the MD's office and filing systems.

Assist in special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the MD.

Liaise with various departments to ensure the timely completion of tasks and projects.
Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
High level of personal credibility, integrity, and client relationship management skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Discretion and confidentiality are essential attributes.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
