"Our client seeking a FINANCIAL MANAGER strong managerial skill to lead our client’s Financial Department based in JOHANNESBURG."
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare monthly and annual financial accounts for audit purposes, including account reconciliations and compliance.
- Document the company’s financial status and provide forecasts.
- Develop financial plans and produce regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax and other statutory reporting (Tax, VAT, Dividends Tax, CIPC, COID, Employees tax, Individual Shareholders tax).
- Analyse financial trends and industry standards.
- Oversee the operation and development of the finance department.
- Create and review financial policies.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Recruit and train finance staff.
- Monitor cashflow and prepare cashflow forecasts.
- Handle group insurance requirements (PI, Assets, Group life), pensions funds.
- Plan and complete the annual B-BBEE Certificate for the Construction sector.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum: BCom in Accounting.
- Minimum + – 15 Years Financial Management experience in a similar role.
- Accounting / IT / Reporting / Critical Thinking / Collaboration
- Financial Data Analyses / Communication / Collaboration
