About the client

Our client is a leading industrial conglomerate in the Middle East, specializing in construction, engineering, and industrial services. It has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects and innovative solutions, contributing significantly to the region’s infrastructure development.

Responsibilities

• To effectively and efficiently coordinate a multi-disciplinary group of Estimators throughout the tender phase.
• To review tender documentation and identify the key elements of the proposal in accordance with Company policies & procedures and commercial best practice.
• To communicate efficiently and effectively with the Commercial Manager and the Contracts / Project Managers as required bringing clarity to new proposals.
• To develop effective construction and manpower schedules for proposed projects in line with clients' requirements.
• To thoroughly review estimates and costs with the Contracts Manager prior to a proposal being submitted.
• To submit authorized Technical and Commercial proposals to clients including the applicable list of deviations in the clients' required format.

• Completion of University Degree preferably in Civil/Engineering or related experience.
• Minimum 15 years in Construction Industry.
• Preferably based within Bahrain or Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
• Willing to relocate on a single status.
