General Manager (Powder and Liquid Oilfield Chemicals)

Job Description:
- Responsible of Powder and Liquid products production
- Production planning ensures efficient use if the raw materials,
warehouse space, manpower
- Optimizes the inventory levels without disrupting the finished goods supply while controlling the supply chain.
- Procurement
- Procure the raw material in the most efficient way
- maintain multiple active vendors
- negotiate the policies and terms & conditions
- Logistics Inwards/outwards
- supervises the logistics team
- Ensure efficient movement of goods
- Ensures timely delivery of the FG, raising invoices, and collection of receivables from clients
- avoid any demurrages/ undue customs
- Maintenance
- works with and supervises the maintenance team
- ensures optimum spare parts inventory
- ensures efficient planned and emergency maintenance
- QA/QC
- supervises the QA/QC team
-ensures that QA/QC procedures are followed
- ensures HSE procedures are followed

Qualification:
- Chemical/Mechanical Engineer
- 10+ years’ experience in mid-size chemical manufacturing plant preferably an oilfield chemical manufacturing plant
- 3+ years’ experience as General Manager
