Role:
Having 18+ Years of experience in MEP Projects on T&C activities
Selected for Grade of General Manager
Job Description:
- Coordinates between PMO office T&C initiatives/ activities and Project Sites T&C teams
- Development of Commissioning Procedures and Standards.
- Construction site inspections to review QA/QC and commissioning process.
- Drive the project Commissioning process including scope and schedule.
- Regularly reviews Construction Progress, QA/QC, Commissioning progress, issues, and KPI metrics to report to management.
- Coordinate meetings and activities of vendor project managers including integration of lessons learned.
- Responsible for developing, managing, and reporting on scope, schedule of the Commissioning Process.
- Reporting of the Commissioning process to management on a regular basis.
- Refines practices/policies and develops methods/techniques for driving solutions including development of commissioning procedures.
- Provides input to long-term delivery strategy and incorporates requirements into the project execution plans.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Data Center facility maintenance, operation, construction and/or commissioning.
- At least 3 years of construction experience with new build projects.
- At least 3 years of experience with electrical and mechanical Test Equipments.
- Develop and implement turnover, pre-commissioning, and equipment preservation processes.
- Assist Construction Management with planning and scheduling activities.
- Establish system boundaries, scope of work, and pre-commissioning execution plans.
- Establish project specific written pre-commissioning procedures.
- Review engineering drawings and specifications to implement pre-commissioning procedures, tools, techniques, and programs.
- Review engineering drawings and develop temporary execution plans in order to advance the project schedule.
- Provide leadership in evaluating, planning, organizing, and executing project requirements.
- Develop and implement detailed and integrated pre-commissioning processes and plans.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental permits limits and support regulatory reporting requirements.
- Analyze situations, identify and forecast pertinent problems and evaluate realistic options; and recommend/implement appropriate course of action.
- Preparation of new project specific SAT – Site Acceptance Test Plan, Testing & Commissioning WMS – Work Method statements and enabling submission through Project Site T&C team
- Weekly/Bi-weekly Review with all project site T&C team on activity status and any other critical issues at site, which can be addressed or escalated .
