Who we are?
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) studies including LOPA and SIL for various (EPC) projects within the oil, gas, metals & mining, chemical and petrochemical sector.
- Facilitate HAZOP meetings, ensuring effective participation and contribution from all team members.
- Identify potential hazards and operability issues and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
- Prepare and review HAZOP reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and support to project teams on HAZOP-related matters.
Qualifications:
- In possession of EU nationality/work permit (NO sponsorship available)
- In possession of EU valid driving license
- Master's degree in chemical engineering
- Minimum 10 Years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in process safety.
- Minimum 5 Years of proven experience in leading HAZOP studies.
- HAZOP leader certification.
- Proven experience with the following HSE in design concepts:
-F&G Design
-Fire protection Design
-Hazardous Area Classification
-Dispersion Calculation
- Fluency English and preferably Dutch language.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with local industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
