• Serves as first point of contact for Kronos & Workday support questions
• Leverages knowledge gained in providing support to identify training and communication needs
• Provides training for respective systems as needed
• Produces reports for audits, ad-hoc requests and ongoing needs
• Perform ongoing reconciliations and audits of HR data and processes to ensure data integrity and consistency
• Assist with EIB creation
• Provides training for respective systems as needed
• Documents upgrade & production change testing plans, procedures & process flows. Assists with upgrade testing
• Provides support to on-going HRIS projects
Requirements
• 1-2 years’ Workday configuration & reporting
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
• Ability to determine priorities in a changing environment
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel proficiency to include using pivot tables and v-look ups)
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be detailed and customer service oriented
• Kronos experience preferred
