Location: Nysa, Poland
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of I&C systems in various areas.
Ensure all I&C activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of I&C tasks.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of I&C systems to identify and resolve issues.
Provide technical guidance and support to I&C technicians and subcontractors.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including reports, schedules, and logs.
Participate in project meetings and provide updates on I&C progress and challenges.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to I&C activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in I&C supervision, preferably in non-process areas.
Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control systems, including DCS, PLC, and SCADA.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in using I&C software and tools.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Polish is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Fluor’s project management and execution methodologies.
Familiarity with local and international I&C standards and regulations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
