Lead E&I Engineer

Who are we?
TRS Staffing Solutions is a part of Fluor Group, and we are responsible for Project Sourcing of all Fluor projects. In Belgium the focus lies on LTSAs (Long Term Service Agreements) and EPCm projects in Oil, Gas, Energy, Pharma and industrial construction sector. Who are we looking for?

• Master/bachelor’s in industrial engineering (automation, electromechanics, etc.)
• In possession of EU driver's and Eu unlimited work permit/Eu nationality (No sponsorship available by client)
• Preferably 10 years of experience as an Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control Systems Engineer in industrial environments (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Energy, etc.)
• Lead E&I Engineer with at least 5 years of experience managing a project team in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Lead E&I Engineer with the ability to manage smaller projects simultaneously.
• Professional knowledge of Dutch and English.

• Develop and deliver projects, from small plant changes to new process units, in a qualitative, effective, and safe way.
• Liaise with the client and other team members to find the best solution for the given problems.
• Perform calculations, write specifications, conduct reviews, and evaluate designs to ensure that the project meets the client's and local requirements.
• Meet project deadlines considering both budget and planning.

• Full-time contract of at least 40 hours per week on a freelance basis or payroll.
• A chance to gain new experience and participate in technically challenging projects.
• Work together with high-class engineers in multidisciplinary teams.
• Focus on local projects in one of the biggest industrial areas in Europe (Port of Antwerp).
• Work in the attractive region of Antwerp with good access to accommodation and transportation possibilities.
