Our client is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team in Ladson, SC. This company recently completed an expansion that has double the size and production of their facility. 

Requirements:
  • Minimum High School Diploma 
  • Prior experience in an ISO 9001 work environment.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and attention for detail.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office business software required.
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems preferred.
Job Description:
Logistics Coordinator works with Accounting, Production Planning and Supply Chain departments to generate all shipping related documents and arrange each outgoing shipment per customer requirements. This role will also support the daily business by updating the necessary information in our ERP program to close out and file each customer order. The duties include shipments from our Ladson, SC facility, as well as direct shipments from headquarters in Germany to customers.

Duties:
  • Process outgoing shipments: create shipping paperwork (Packing lists, Proforma invoices, Waybills, and address labels) and arrange pickups.
  • Track and ensure shipments have been delivered to customers.
  • Scan and file documentation into system.
  • Communicate shipping details and update to customers each day.
  • Close Production Orders.
  • Order miscellaneous supplies/consumables for production
  • Assist in LN inventory transactions, including incoming stock/warehouse receipts, batch order receipts, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned
