For our client, active in offshore wind projects, we are looking to recruit a Maintenance Planner small projects (contractor).

They are looking for a Maintenance Planner small projects to join their operations team. A small and engaged team of back-office people working Monday to Friday supporting the teams in the field working in shift patterns. Your primary responsibility is guiding retrofits campaigns or small projects throughout the year.

The job:
As the Maintenance Planner small projects, you will take care of:
- Retrofits campaigns like exchanges of: Cables, Inverters, Other crucial recurring activities.
- Preparation of basic service: Tools, Parts, Certification of equipment according to NEN3140/3840, PED certification (pressurized equipment directive), Blade inspections

You are responsible for day-to-day offshore operations and reporting into the local Service Manager. The role will involve both technical (with support of the ST-s) and nontechnical activities. Technician and Customer management will play an integral part of the day-to-day role so leadership, planning and communication skills are vital. Accountable for providing technical, safety and leadership competence at a local level the role will support windfarm availability whilst executing planned maintenance.
Set objectives and deliver agreed results that have direct impact within the job area. It is expected to make sure technical facts, practices, etc. are presented to the internal and external stakeholders. Check for and identify problems to update or modify existing working methods (within own function). Ensuring the Zero Harm policy and upholding Compliance guidelines is a prerequisite in this position.

Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:
• Drive the standards, expectations, guidelines and culture to achieve an incident and injury free project execution in alignment with a clear safety mindset and Zero Harm Program(s),
• Execute project strategy in accordance with project management standards through stakeholder engagement within the organizational processes, previous lessons learned, operational efficiencies and in alignment with Business Objectives and customer expectations,
• Management of customer relationship through effective communication plan and escalation process to ensure project requirements and expectations are met,
• Regular reporting / up

Requested:
• An electrical education (vocational) or equivalent experience.
• A strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems is a pre.
• At least 8 years of technical working experience (planning, project management, troubleshooting).
• Project experience is a pre.
• Excellent communication skills.
• An aptitude for learning new IT systems.
• Fluency in English.
• Monday to Friday in the office is required (direct visible point of contact).
• Living within commuting distance of the site.
• In possession of a currently valid working visa if needed.
