Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Spring Hill, TN
Industry: automotive manufacturing, assembly
Status of Hire: full-time, direct hire
Pay: $80-92k
Reports to: Production Manager
Summary:
- Coordinates maintenance activities ensuring planned preventive maintenance is followed and adequately reported
- Support production operations with analytical problem solving and technical support
- Ensures good use and management of the maintenance operating system
- Provides activity indicators for machine related financial data
Responsibilities:
- Ensures compliance with Corporate and Division EHS objectives and requirements
- Creates, develops, and manages planned predictive, preventative, and curative maintenance programs, including documentation and reporting
- Identifies labor and skills required to deliver the planned preventative maintenance programs
- Supports the management of the maintenance budget through accurate cost allocation and analysis
- Creates a fully controlled maintenance stores (spare parts, tool crib) system
- Obtains critical spares and specialist contractors when necessary
- Manages maintenance sub-contractors activities (permits)
- Provides appropriate support on new programs development in relation with Program development team
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience in a large automotive manufacturing environment with a background in problem solving and using analytical tools
- Minimum technician certification and/or technical Associate’s Degree with a specialty in any of the following fields: mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics
- Working knowledge of robotics (Fanuc, ABB, or Kuka) and ability to assist in troubleshooting, as needed
- Good communicator, excellent organisational skills, structured approach
- 4+ years’ experience in a large automotive manufacturing environment with a background in problem solving and using analytical tools
**Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer, regardless of authorization or visa transfer
**Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check to be eligible for hire
