MCPlus Lead (Green Field / Brown Field / TAR)

We are seeking an experienced MCPlus Lead to join our client's project at a refinery site in Sweden. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the implementation of the MCPlus system, ensuring seamless integration and operation within the project framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Implementation: Lead the implementation of the MCPlus system, ensuring it meets project requirements and specifications.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the MCPlus system aligns with project goals and timelines.
• Data Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data within the MCPlus system to support project decision-making.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to project team members on the use of the MCPlus system.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the MCPlus system operates efficiently and effectively, conducting regular audits and troubleshooting as necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the MCPlus system implementation and operation processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the biofuel or refinery industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MCPlus system implementation and management. Strong understanding of data management and analysis.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
