MEP Station Manager

• Manage and supervise all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction activities at the station, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the testing and commissioning teams to resolve issues identified during these phases, ensuring smooth project handover.
• Lead and coordinate between the MEP construction team and other project stakeholders, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
• Oversee project schedules and financials to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Maintain adherence to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements throughout the project.

Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferably electrical and/or ELV)
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an MEP Construction Manager
• Minimum 15 years of electrical or mechanical site construction work experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in metro projects
• Minimum 10 years of work experience with international MEP subcontractors
• GCC experience is required
• Extensive experience in testing, commissioning, and handover stages
• Strong ability to coordinate between the MEP construction team and testing & commissioning teams to resolve issues identified during the testing and commissioning phase
