Procurement Contract Manager

We are TRS Staffing Solutions, an international recruitment agency and a global staffing group. We are part of Fluor Corporation. We specialize in supporting the oil, gas, energy, chemical, industrial construction, and life sciences sectors. 
 

For an external client, we are looking for a Procurement Contract Manager who accurately drafts and negotiates contracts with suppliers. In this role, you will contribute to impressive constructions for the offshore wind industry and the civil market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating contracts.

• Managing and reviewing contracts according to legal standards and company requirements.

• Monitoring compliance with agreements.

• Combining legal knowledge with commercial and strategic insights.

• Drafting contract clauses and identifying risks.

• Preventing contractual issues.

• Collaborating with the tender team for commercial and legal requirements.

• Handling various procurement/purchase contracts.

Who are we looking for?

• Legal background or experience in contract management.

• Very good knowledge of English and Dutch; French and/or German is a plus.

• Eager to learn and interested in the offshore and civil sectors.

• Communicative, pragmatic, and open.

• Commercially minded and customer-oriented.

• Independent and proactive.

• Willing to travel to other project locations.
