This position would be fully remote with the opportunity to travel to multiple projects.
Duties Include:
- Coordinate design interfaces between design partners through concept and detailed design packages.
- Ensure engineering assurance is undertaken in accordance with the client requirements.
- Identification and control of engineering design change.
- Undertake design reviews of vendor deliverables to check for compliance with requirements, constructability, safety, and temporary works requirements.
- Provide technical expertise within their discipline and inspire project teams to perform, innovate, and deliver sustainable design solutions
What you will need:
- BSc in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience within a similar role for a major electrical infrastructure company
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the project.
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and efficient manner.
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable county, province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
