Our EPC client in Denmark-Hillerod is looking for a PDDM Technician to join their team, in this position you will help support your team with accurate document control.
Job Duties:
• Receiving, logging, and filing design documents.
• Keep a transmittal record database and issue project transmittals accordingly.
• Maintain design documentation logs for access to the project team.
• Support the Document Control Manager with managing submittals and documents.
• Enter data into the document management database.
Qualifications:
• Understanding of confidential documents, information security and storing sensitive information.
• Experience in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Access.
• The ability to enter data accurately and efficiently as needed.
• Experience keeping records of construction design build documents is preferred.
• Physically able to carry large binders and packages of documents.
