The ideal candidate will have:
- 8-12 year experience in planning engineering for PMO department.
- BE Mechanical.
- Working experience in different reporting software like Power BI.
- Good Project Management skill and PMP certification is added advantage.
- Preparation & Monitoring of individual project Schedule (L1 to L6), & tracking of critical path highlighting the key Milestones & resource mapping.
- Good knowledge on current ERP software’s like SAP, DYN365 etc. and planning activities in ERP project module.
- Familiar with Project Planning and Monitoring of EPC projects.
- Basic understanding of engineering & procurement tracking document like DCI, MCI etc.
- Good understanding & experience in Project reports like Weekly & Monthly reports/S Curves/Weightage etc.
- Coordinate with major project stakeholders like Project Managers, dept. heads for project targets.
- Work experience in Steel industry/Blast furnace projects.
- Good Knowledge of Engineering documents like PFD, P&ID’s, GA, Specification etc.
- Good Knowledge of Procurement steps from PR to PO and till delivery at site.
- Good Knowledge of construction activities like civil, Structural, equipment erection etc.
- MOM drafting skill and good communication skill.
