An opportunity to work for one of the World’s most admired Licensor organization based in their India office in the Vadodara. They are dealing in EPC / PMC and Cryo / ASU Technology.
The right candidate will speak fluent English, have the right to work in the India and have a minimum of 7+ years’ experience in project planning, scheduling with Primavera software.
Brief Description
Planning Scheduling Engineer determine and develop the most suitable and economically viable engineering and construction methods for projects.
The major responsibilities are:
Prepares a proposal time schedule following the specifications of the invitation to bid.
Calculates man-hours to fulfill all necessary planning & scheduling deliverable s during the execution phase.
Develops the detailed project execution schedules
Provides project schedule baseline setup based on the work-breakdown structure (WBS), the project scope and work split.
Incorporates all milestones, activities and deliverable s necessary to fulfill a proper project execution.
Hands-on experience on Primavera for EP or EPC planning and resource loading. Exposure to Ecosys PM would be an added advantage.
Experience on setting up and monitoring Level-3 schedule in Primavera and monitoring Level-4 deliverables list.
Proven exposure to Engineering and Procurement (EP) planning.
Knowledge of flow of Engineering i.e. progression of engineering and interlinkages with procurement.
Knowledge of Earned Value management system (EVMS).
Knowledge of interlinkages between Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
Experience in setting up the progress measurement system for Engineering and Procurement (DCI, MCI etc.)
Experience in global collaboration i.e working with overseas offices.
Exposure to cost control would be an added advantage.
Qualifications
You must be able to demonstrate and evidence the following:
BE / B Tech– Mechanical Engineering with 7 to 11 Years of relevant experience in Engineering (EPC) pertaining to Cryogenic/ ASU / Hydrocarbon / Petro-chemical / Oil & Gas sectors.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
