Project Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all ship repair activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
2. Develop and implement maintenance and repair schedules for all vessels.
3. Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical advice.
4. Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. Prepare and present reports on project progress and status to senior management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in ship repair or marine operations.
3. Strong knowledge of marine safety regulations and industry best practices.
4. Excellent project management and leadership skills.
5. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
