Our client based in Denmark is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Planner with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry and EPC projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and efficient resource management. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for pharmaceutical and EPC projects.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of project plans.
Conduct regular progress reviews and update schedules as needed.
Identify potential risks and delays, and develop mitigation plans to ensure project timelines are met.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and project workflows.
Utilize project management software and tools to track and manage project activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Planner in the pharmaceutical industry and EPC projects.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards relevant to pharmaceutical and EPC projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree or certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
Experience with lean project management practices.
Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in project Planning.
